The construction manager at risk, Beaver Contractors, selected Brock Builders for our experience and proximity to the project.  Specific material selections for the project did cause delays on this project, but nevertheless, we were able to perform the work in less time than anticipated.  The project, which included concession building, restrooms building, ticket booths, fencing handrailing and signage, was completed prior to the start of the highly anticipated football season.

 

This project was supported by South Range Athletic Boosters.  We collaborated with the Boosters, CMR, the school district, architect and multiple other prime contractors to facilitate a properly executed project, some of which occurred during the design phase prior to being selected for the project.
