Originally a distribution warehouse on Market Street in Warren, Ohio, this project modified the building into a 25,855 SF school. This involved interior demolition, roof replacement, exterior siding replacement, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, metal stud framing, drywall, drywall finishing, painting, moisture mitigation, carpeting, LVT flooring, doors, frames, door hardware, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, aluminum storefronts and glazing, acoustical ceilings, casework, specialties, signage, and wall graphics.

 

This was a truly spectacular transformation of a once drab building into what will now be a hub for education and personal development for the youth of the Warren area.
