Located at the Southern Park Mall in Boardman, OH, this project converted the former Jillian's into a golf entertainment destination.  The space has 12 golf simulators, an indoor putting green and short game area, two bar areas, and indoor and outdoor seating.

The work involved demolition, concrete, masonry, fencing, metal railings, metal stud partitions, doors, frames, door hardware, overhead doors, aluminum storefronts, glazing, drywall, drywall finishing, painting, flooring, casework, kitchen equipment, signage, plumbing, fire suppression, HVAC and electrical.
