This Project is located on the former site of McDonalds on Route 224 (Boardman-Canfield Rd) in Boardman, OH.  The owner's vision was to take this abandoned property and turn it into something positive for the Mahoning Valley.  Brock Builders completed the foundations through the winter of 2023.  The building features a brick and split face CMU exterior, steel bar joists, and decking, EPDM roofing, ACM feature wall, EIFS panels above storefronts, powder-coated steel handrails, stone-faced retaining walls at stairwells and walkways and bright blue fabric awnings.  You've likely noticed this building driving by on 224 as it is a very highly traveled location.
